Royal Hill Loyalty Club & Special Offer Conditions

How Can You Join Our Loyalty Program?
It is very easy to join the world of privileges at Hotel Royal Hill. You can join our loyalty program instantly by clicking on the "Subscribe" button via the booking engine on our website or by selecting the "Create Member Registration" option when making your first reservation. The registration process is completely free of charge and special discounts are defined for your Konyaalti stays from the moment your membership is confirmed.

How are the Membership Benefits Used?
In order to use the membership advantages and discounts you have earned, it is enough to log in to our system with your e-mail address and password before starting the booking process. When you log in, "Discounted Prices Exclusive to Members" will be listed automatically. Discounts are displayed directly reflected in the room rates on the reservation tab on our homepage.

    Program Restrictions and Rules
Loyalty program discounts are valid only for direct reservations made through the Hotel Royal Hill official website; they cannot be used for reservations made through brokerage firms or OTA channels. Points or discounts earned cannot be transferred to another person, cannot be converted into cash, and cannot be used for group reservations (10 rooms and more) without the approval of the hotel management.

Consolidation of Special Offers and Validity Conditions
Special offers offered on our website, such as "Early Booking", "Last-Minute Deals" or "Long Stay Packages", cannot be combined with another promotional code or loyalty discount unless otherwise stated. Only one discount type can be selected for each reservation. The validity of promotions is limited to the December dates and room quotas specified in the offer details.

    Validity and Cancellation Conditions
All special offers and member discounts are subject to the general cancellation conditions of the selected price type (Refundable or Non-Refundable). In order to benefit from the privileges of Hotel Royal Hill during your travels to Antalya, your reservation must be confirmed. The hotel management reserves the right to make changes to the campaign conditions without prior notice.
